- You will get your review within 7 days, depending on the complexity and length of your trip.
How does the itinerary review work?
1. Send us your itinerary
Email us your itinerary or send it through our contact form, along with as much information about your trip as possible.
A shared Google Doc is easiest for us to work with, but you can also send a Word document, write your plans directly in the email, or even send photos of a handwritten itinerary!
2. We’ll take a look and send you a quote
If you’ve already got a reasonably complete itinerary, the review starts at $49 per day. If your plans need more extensive work, we’ll let you know and send you a quote based on what’s involved.
You’ll know the total cost before you decide whether to go ahead.
3. We review your itinerary
Once you’ve accepted the quote and made the payment, we’ll go through your itinerary day by day.
We’ll check the routes, timing and activities, reorganize things where needed, and add our suggestions and alternatives.
4. Receive your reviewed itinerary
Within a week, we’ll send you a Google Doc with your reviewed itinerary, including our comments, recommendations, and any changes we’d suggest.

Does my itinerary need to be completely finished?
Not necessarily! But we do need something to work with.
Ideally, you’ve already decided where you’re staying, which places you’d like to visit and roughly what you want to do each day.
If you’ve only got a list of places you’d like to see, that’s fine too! Just keep in mind that putting together an itinerary from scratch takes considerably more work, so the price will be higher – maybe our Custom Itinerary Service is a better option for you.
How much does the itinerary review cost?
Our itinerary reviews start at $49 per day of your trip. The final price depends on how complete your itinerary is and how much work it needs. Once we’ve seen your plans, we’ll send you a quote so you know exactly what it’ll cost before deciding whether to go ahead.
What if we’ve already done a lot of research?
Then this service is exactly what you need!
Even if you’ve spent weeks researching the Dolomites, it’s not always easy to figure out whether everything you’ve planned will actually work.
We’ll look at your itinerary with fresh eyes and our own experience traveling around the Dolomites. And if we think you’ve put together a great plan, we’ll tell you that too!
Can we ask questions after receiving the review?
Of course! If something in our recommendations isn’t clear, or you’d like to know more about one of our suggestions, you can email us with your questions.
Just keep in mind that the review includes one itinerary draft, so if you make major changes afterward and need us to review the whole thing again, that would be a separate service.
What if we haven’t booked our accommodation yet?
That’s absolutely fine, although we’d recommend having at least a rough idea of where you’d like to stay. In this case, we can recommend specific hotels for you.

How long will it take to receive our itinerary review?
You’ll usually receive your reviewed itinerary within 7 days of payment, once we have all the information we need.
